Job Description Title: Office365 Administrator Duration: Contract ( 3 month) Location: Basingstoke,UK Knowledge and hands on experience on Exchange Online, Lync Online Should have good knowledge on all different migration to office 365. Knowledge of directory sync. Good knowledge of powershell for exchange online, Sharepoint online and Lync online. Must be aware of different licensing and user roles of office 365. Knowledge of gateway, integration of third party software with exchange will be advantage. Should be aware of the ITIL Process. Key Responsibilities: In depth Office 365 Administration experience. Experience of troubleshooting various issues of office 365. Experience Practical experience in troubleshooting exchange scenarios. Good knowledge of office reporting tools and message tracking. Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Technical documentation skills. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
