Do you have some office admin experience under your belt and the ability to use Microsoft Office? Are you focused on delivering outstanding levels of customer service with honesty and integrity? If the answer is yes, then this role could be the place for you Our ideal candidate will have: * IT proficiency in MS Office products and bespoke web based programs * A positive attitude to customer service with a real interest in the 'customer's needs' * Ability to work within a target driven environment and to deadlines * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information * Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills * Numerate and literate * A Full valid driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
