Overview

My client is a well-established Freight company looking for an outgoing enthusiastic PHARMACEUTICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT who can join their busy Pharmaceutical department Duties would include: Answering incoming calls and monitoring/responding to emails in a timely manner Handling any queries from customers Quoting customers Booking deliveries Invoicing customers Monitoring, tracking and updating clients of any shipment’s delays Develop excellent working relationships, providing support and guidance to the customer at all times Skills needed: Previous freight/ courier customer service experience Healthcare/ pharma experience Strong administration skills PC literate Experience within pharma would be preferred The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Working hours: Monday - Friday 8 hour shift between 07:00-21:30
