We're a small company with big growth ambitions and are currently searching for a Digital Business Change Manager to join us on an initial 3-month contract with a possible extension. You'll be responsible for the successful management and delivery of changes activities for our Customers, preparing and supporting individuals and teams in making organisational change. You'll help customers implement change, so being flexible, working with ambiguity, being a team player and having a good sense of humour are all needed. The Role: * Support end users in adopting changes * Development and implementation of change readiness plans; Building and tracking action plans * Supporting the business and tracking activity to help ensure that each business area is fully prepared and engaged including culture change and the adoption of new processes and roles * Developing Change Management Strategy * Developing and managing networks of Super Users and Change Agents * Stakeholder Management * Change Impact Assessment * Facilitating change or best practice workshops * Establishing the appropriate level of guidance and support required to deliver the change & Developing and managing communication including training materials * Providing hands on consultancy support and change delivery * Identify business risks and their control process * Support team planning - Contributing to developing project plans, creating Project reports/ KPI's and monitoring performance * Support user acceptance test (UAT) cases and organising users to perform user acceptance tests Skills Required: * experience of building and managing detailed change delivery plans * experience of working with a variety of stakeholders - you'll be a natural relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills * excellent organisational skills, superb attention to detail * able to manage strict deadlines and milestones effectively * ability to drive forward simultaneous activities at a fast pace * ability to convert abstract concepts to practical solutions * production of timely and accurate status reports * ability to succeed in a dynamic and changing environment where priorities and activities will be changing to respond energetically and proactively; whilst often managing stakeholder requirements * Proven business change implementation experience driven by software delivery * Experience with Agile methodology and experience working within Agile teams. * Experience of working within a complex matrix environment with both internal and 3rd party resources.
