Based in London, you'll be closely working with the Product and Engineering Teams on the work to improve our platform moving towards a microservice architecture, focusing on continuous delivery, scalability and system resilience. This role will work closely with the Product Manager and facilitate cross functional collaboration, provide detailed domain mapping and support the squads in ensuring stories are understood, broken down and drive business outcomes. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a love of detail are all must-have traits. Responsibilities * Work closely with Product Managers & Subject Matter Experts to prioritise backlogs * Gathering of functional & non functional requirements * Facilitate engaging and productive workshops that bring all stakeholders on the journey * Run inceptions, take requirements, suggest improvements, collaborate, build relationships * Map out and document detailed workflows & domain mapping * Ensure stories are broken down, include acceptance criteria and are deliverable * Effectively communicate with internal and external business stakeholders * Drive for data informed decisions with the team * Coach and mentor other members of the team Have you got what it takes? * Experienced Agile Business Analyst (5+ years) who knows what good looks like * Experience of working with a business replatforming their technology * Enjoy working with ambiguity and driving for clarity and tangible outcomes * Knowledgeable about Agile / Lean software delivery methodologies and practices * Proven track record of delivering business value through technology * Experience in gathering functional and non functional requirements, writing user stories and mapping out processes * Team player with the ability to align the team's work to business outcomes * Experience in facilitating workshops with stakeholders of different levels of seniority or backgrounds * Strong written and verbal skills * Ability for regular travel to Poland What's in it for you... * Life assurance of 3 times your salary, should the worst happen * Pension scheme offering 8% matched contributions * Private medical and dental care plans * 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 after 3 years * Free breakfast and fruit every day * Oh and of course we'll pay you every month, at a competitive rate And finally...
