t PO2 - Mental Health Social Worker PO3 - PO4 - Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) We are currently recruiting a Mental Health Social Worker to join our integrated community mental health team. This is a specialist community mental health team that works with people who present complex and enduring mental health and social care needs. Your role will be to ensure that the social care agenda, including safeguarding issues are dealt with and to respond to the needs of adults with mental disorders and their carers in a timely manner. You will plan and deliver outcome focused interventions linked to promoting independence and social inclusion. Significant experience of working in an adult mental health setting or delivering a mental health service is required. We welcome applicants that are qualified AMPH's, or social workers who are willing to undertake training in this area. You will be qualified in CQSW or DipSW or equivalent, registered with Social Work England; and have experience of working in inner city urban areas.
