Job Description
The Endoscopy department within Southmead hospital is a fast paced and varied environment full of passionate and highly skilled nurses. Our brand new state-of-the-art Southmead Hospital is one of the largest and most advanced in Europe. The department has achieved JAG accreditation and runs a busy service from four dedicated procedure rooms. We undertake over 13,000 endoscopies each year and have an expanding service which includes growth in exciting areas of Capsule Endoscopy, Enteroscopy, Bowel Screening, GI Endoscopy, and GI pre-assessment clinics. Following a retirement we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 senior nurse who has experience of an acute Endoscopy setting. We require a hard-working, experienced nurse to work as part of a specialist and devoted team within endoscopy and are passionate about giving our patients the best possible care.
