Business Change Project Manager London and Surrounding 550-650 per day or 75-90k basic + bonus and benefits 6 - 12 months Must have extensive Business Change and financial services Experience. Our client, a Consultant business based in London, is seeking an ambitious Change Project Manager to join their Delivery team. Essential skills and experience * 7 years+ project management experience with at least 2 of those years spent within the Insurance sector * Detailed knowledge of a variety of project methodologies, planning processes and techniques * Significant experience of monitoring and reporting in a project environment * Experience of managing multiple projects at least 6 months in length with 1m+ budgets * Experience delivering medium cross-functional business change projects * Experience of resolving conflicts within project environments * Experience of delivering on complex, diverse, ambiguous and high value projects * Complex stakeholder management * Detailed knowledge of project constraints and complexity * Detailed knowledge of risk management principles and their impacts on projects * Management of teams of a minimum of 5 people * Successful third party management * Effective operating within uncertain and changeable environments * Personally managing 2+ projects of the above characteristics * Knowledge and experience of Agile and ideally Scrum * Knowledge of the banking market, products and competitors * Knowledge of banking regulatory and legislatory frameworks Responsibilities: Business Change Project Manager London and Surrounding 550-650 per day or 75-90k basic + bonus and benefits 6 - 12 months Must have extensive Business Change and financial services Experience.
