Management Accountant - Creative Agency - Central London Harmonic are working with one of the most well renowned Creative agencies based in Central London. They are looking to expand their finance function with a new Management Accountant to join the team of 5. Duties: · Management Accounts - preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple entities · Month End & Year End - accounting for accruals, prepayments and other month-end journals and close. Assistance with year-end accounting · Balance Sheet Reconciliation - preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for review and Audit documentation · Audit - assistance in the delivery of supporting schedules, reconciliations and audit packs to the external auditors, while co-ordinating their queries and managing their deadlines. · Process Maintenance and Improvement - suggest and implement process improvements to improve the financial control environment · Support for Finance Assistant and AP Supervisor - actively provide support to the Finance Assistant and AP function to ensure smooth running of all monthly transactions · Ad hoc requests : as directed by managers, including maintenance, interpretation and reporting of timely financial data, making suggestions for regular financial reporting/KPIs etc. Bonus Skills: * Proactive, positive and excellent interpersonal skills * Media/Agency experience Package: * £35,000 - £45,000 + Study Support + Benefits Please feel free to circulate this with any friends or contacts that may be interested.
