Job Description
Senior Infrastructure Analyst (Remote working) The IT team has two main functions: support and project delivery. The post sits within the support function as the senior analyst with highest level technical authority for support, disaster recovery and architectural design authority for our network, storage, server, VoIP and virtualisation environments. The post also has responsibility for key project related deliverables and must also take prime responsibility for ensuring our infrastructure remains secure. 55,000 based on skills and experience Role & Responsibilities * Third-line support in order to resolve all escalated service desk incidents and to mentor junior analysts in the resolution of 1st/2nd line incidents. * Ensuring the infrastructure remain stable, secure, well designed and with sufficient capacity for current and future requirements. * Project Delivery - either as a project lead or project engineer.
