Overview Program Manager (B2C) Permanent Contract Location: Quorum Business Park, Longbenton 37 hours per week Do you want to join us on our future journey? We are delighted to have the following opportunity in our Innovation & Social Investment team. We are excited to be looking for a Program Manager and we would love it if you would come and join us on our future journey. Reporting to the Exec Director of Innovation and Social Investment, the role of Program manager for B2C has been newly created in order to deliver NCFE's strategic objective - to develop and deliver a B2C offer. You will help to shape and drive the overall B2C strategy and will be accountable for the reach and impact of the resulting offer. This is an individual contributor role and you will be tasked with managing and delivering key projects to enable the success of the program. You should have experience in business start-ups. Experience, knowledge and skills * 5+ Years program management managing multiple projects and tools. * Budget management experience. * Ability to be strategic, but also drive tactical solutions. Be willing to get your hands dirty to get the job done. * Have a technical understanding and be business savvy enough to interface at all levels within the company. * Excellent communication and great interpersonal skills * Solid experience in collecting, analysing and summarizing data from disparate sources in order to drive conclusions and recommendations. * You will be solutions focused and be comfortable working in an environment that demands solid deliverables.
