Job Description The Topside LCI Coordinator participates in the implementation of the ENS and LCI specifications in the project, from our UK office in Woking, outside London. He or she, will report to LCI Lead. Contract period: 01.06.2015 to 31.03.2016 Provide guidance in the area of LCI, with main focus on follow up of the topside packages. Ensure LCI deliveries according to company LCI specifications and regulatory requirements are met. Ensure a timely and coordinated execution of the identified LCI activities. Monitor performance of LCI work in project organization. Assist in verifying packages for conformity towards LCI Requirements. Main responsible for LCI close out of packages as per Company procedures and contractual requirements. Verify LCI deliverables prior handover as per LCI milestones. Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience with establishing, development, maintenance and handover of LCI within the Oil & Gas industry. Minimum 3 years of technical engineering background from the Oil & Gas industry, and good multidiscipline understanding and knowledge. Extensive knowledge of document/drawing standards and requirements, including NORSOK. Experience and good knowledge with IT systems for both documents, tag registers, PDMS, weight and maintenance systems. Excellent Norwegian and English skills, both written and oral. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Education: MSc or BSc - Technical and/or offshore related. Outgoing, positive, creative and good cooperation skills. Able to work under urgent and demanding situations. High level of own initiative, team work and being structured and detail-oriented. High level of cultural awareness.
