Strategic Sales Manager Location: UK/National (home working for duration ofcovid 19) Are you ready to join our Enterprise Operations as our Acquisition - Strategic Sales Manager. In a field based sales management role covering the UK you will be leading, managing and coaching a team of Senior Business Development Managers building & leveraging relationships with some of the largest private & public sector organisations in the UK. The team will be focused on winning 100% new logo business and developing low wallet share/high potential identified clients. You will be central in achieving a step change in our regional business, working with director & board level customers on large transformational & complex bids. The team will operate in a similar fashion to 'Lighthouse' or equivalent teams you will have previous experience of being a part of and the sole objective will be to disrupt the market by leveraging the Vodafone business leading portfolio (mobile, fixed, cloud, hosting, UC & IOT) to deliver business outcomes that help these organisations transform their business by moving to Vodafone. You'll be joining a social & high performing team, reporting into the head of business development who will coach & develop you into the best Acquisition - Strategic Sales Manager you can be. About you: You will have experience in solution selling to maximise sales from new customers, and also be able to demonstrate how you have taken this knowledge and delivered success in a sales management capacity in a similar type of role. You'll need to be hungry, driven & proactive to seek out qualify, bid and win some of the UK's largest enterprise organisations, acquiring this new business through selling Vodafone's large portfolio of products (mobile, Fixed, UC & IOT). If you have experience with these products that is preferred, however we're also interested if you have a solid background in selling complex technology solutions too!
