Job Description

We are a luxury country hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds and we are looking for a charismatic Food and Beverage Supervisor. Due to the location having a driver's license and a car is essential. Staff accommodation is also available for the right candidate. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day operation of the department, focusing on delivering fantastic service to our guests time and time again. As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will oversee the smooth running of the food and beverage service and team, always ensuring our guests have a great experience. The journey of our guests is incredibly important, so you'll be naturally customer-led, whilst working to maximise performance of the department through up-selling and service standards.
