Job Description

Service user is 72 years old who lives at home with NOK. Mary can eat and drink independently but unable to cook, shop and other domestic tasks due to my physical and health issues. Her mobility has been reduced a lot and not steady on feet; unable to stand for longtime to cook; so that I require assistance with prepare my meals, shopping, and domestic tasks. Monday-Sunday: 10 am -11:30am Monday-Sunday: 2-3pm Monday-Sunday: 5-6pm Monday-Sunday: 8:30-9:30pm Wednesday: 11:15pm-1:15pm-doemstic and shopping service
