Location: Bournemouth Salary : doe, free parking, flexible on hours c 24 hrs pw Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our leading client who are now looking for a Part time HR Manager to join their Operations team due to expansion. The role will see you undertaking a number of general HR admin duties. You will work closely with the Ops Director and management board to help maintain a harmonious and efficient office. You will be proactive in your work habit with a high interest and engagement in all tasks. This would suit a positive and outgoing HR Manager who has a professional approach, can work in a team environment and have the ability to identify and recommend changes to relevant policies and procedures. Above all you will have the ability to work without supervision. The successful person will: * Be passionate about people and able to evidence and demonstrate examples of this * Have HR Management experience * Have knowledge of MS software including Word * Be proactive * Have the ability to manage your time effectively * Be able to prioritse workloads * Have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to respond positively and effectively to all staff * Be well presented * Be a quick learner with excellent attention to detail Responsibilities * Preparing adverts and job descriptions for recruitment * Updating, reviewing and implementing new HR policies and procedures * Preparing, reviewing, updating and issuing employment contracts and offer letters * Providing clear direction and guidance to generate a positive and encouraging working environment * Providing and supporting change management * Creating HR training programs for team member development * Audit review of personnel files to ensure compliant * Assisting with employee relations and performance management including any grievance and disciplinary issues * Strengthening employer brand by creating relationships with recruiters and recruiting the right employees * Developing and implementing appraisal policies and program * Developing and implementing staff engagement policies and program * Undertaking general HR administration duties This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a succesful award winning team who value their staff and their customers.
