The role of the Senior Manager is to apply strategic consulting expertise in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing and technology to take GEP to the next level. You will help drive our services and shape the future of our company + Contributing to the development and execution of the global strategy for the procurement consultancy practice + Owning client relationships and satisfaction levels + Leading team thinking and efforts to ensure project/program objectives are being achieved + Developing and coaching team members + Contributing to team understanding of client culture + Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the Programme Manager/BD in efforts to expand client relationship + Managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results + Developing sourcing strategies & processes in line with client's business goals & policies + Interfacing with client to understand their sourcing and procurement requirements + Developing sound recommendations contributing to program objectives (cost savings, SLAs, Transformation etc) + Leading sourcing, RFQ events, auctions, supplier management and negotiations + Creatively using data sources to develop fact-based recommendations and complex analyses + Delivering presentations and communicating confidently with the client + 5 + years of management consulting experience OR a combination of consultancy and industry experience + Demonstrated leadership ability + Outstanding client management skills + Business problem solving skills with strong analytical and reporting skills + Excellent presentation skills + Business Development potential + Ability to travel 80% of the time + BA/BS Degree required + Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as TQM, Six Sigma, APEX etc., a PLUS + Fluency in multiple languages is a PLUS Requisition ID: 2019-13701 External Company URL: Street: 24 Cornhill Post End Date: 31/8/2020 Remote/Home Office: Yes What You Will Do (Text Only): The role of the Senior Manager is to apply strategic consulting expertise in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing and technology to take GEP to the next level.
