Job Description
Job Summary The Consents Co-ordinator provides administration and management support to the project consents team Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the Consents CRM system and consents register and ensure that it is up to date at all times. * Log all stakeholders' objections and opinions and ensure evidence that these have been accommodated is available * Maintain a comprehensive and up to date register of consents , commitments, undertakings and assurances * Produce reports of performance in the obtaining of necessary consents; identify problem areas and recommend mitigating actions where required. * Arrange meetings with stakeholders and ensure minutes of all meetings are captured * With the Communications Manager arrange public consultation meetings and ensure suitable material is available * Organise mail drops and other communications required by the consents team Values and Cultural Fit Identify two values you will assess as part of the interview (please X): Leadership: Using innovation and challenge to lead by example Respect: Understanding others, recognising their value and behaving accordingly x Safety: Caring for our workforce, or passengers and the public by creating an environment where no one gets hurt x Integrity: Acting fairly, transparently and consistently Person Specification Technical Competencies required The key technical competencies required to perform the role well are outlined below.
