GEORGE'S GREAT BRITISH KITCHEN - NOTTINGHAM ROLE: General Manager SALARY: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum. Quarterly bonus' available and extra benefits HOURS: Full time (average 45 hours per week over 5 days) Through a Menu concept developed by our award-winning executive chef, we serve great food from lunch through until dinner and are looking for a passionate, driven leader to head up our team in Nottingham. We are currently looking for an outstanding General Manager to lead our dynamic team in Nottingham. Are you a successful leader? Committed to developing your people? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: You must have a background in overseeing the operation of high turnover Restaurants / Bars. This paired with experience in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. We are driven to deliver the highest possible standards of customer service and aim to exceed our customers expectations. Going hand in hand with being customer focused and service inspired, you must be a results orientated Manager and have an in-bedded urge to constantly aim to deliver success. A flexible approach to the demands of the industry and a desire to develop your people around you are a must.
