Job Description
An opportunity to become a Partner and the Head of Department with a fast-growing Law Firm. Our client is a multi-disciplinary full-service law firm with prestigious offices based in Leeds and London. They provide a wide range of legal services to local and overseas clients with an emphasis on high net worth individuals and clients from Russia, Ukraine and CIS. We are looking for an experienced candidate to join the Firm as a Supervising Solicitor. Your responsibility will be to build and develop your own practice and client portfolio. You will be working closely with our Managing Partner and Business Development / Marketing Manager who will support you when needed, offer you development and guidance as well as give you autonomy to work on your own caseload. Ideal candidates require a minimum of 7-10 years' PQE working in medium to large UK law firms to include experience in real estate, corporate & commercial, civil litigation, family, private client and other areas of law. We would also welcome applications from candidates who are generalist solicitors. You are required to have a history of successfully generating a pipeline of instructions and building a department. We expect you to have an established long-term portfolio of clients / secured referrals in order to generate new leads to the Firm and had previous management experience. This will include access to leads into the Firm's established network of local, overseas and Russian-speaking clients in the UK and abroad.
