Job Description

Jump Lane Recruitment are Recruiting and Experienced RGN for one of our clients who have a 34 bedded private nursing home in Altrincham, Cheshire. Salary: 33k with welcome bonus. Shift: 36 hour days As an RGN you will be responsible to: * Facilitate a high standard of care through written care plans for the residents as directed by the Matron * Implement and evaluate the care given to the residents * Delegate work to all care staff and monitor the care given in conjunction with senior carers * Contribute to the personal needs of the individual resident and ensure they enjoy a good quality of life by ensuring a friendly caring environment * Ensure that residents retain their dignity, choice and individuality * Help induct, train and supervise colleagues and junior members of staff in all aspects oftheir work at the Home * Provide palliative care for residents at end of life * Be competent in the specific nursing skills required of your position and training * Be able to work as a team under the supervision of the Matron * Provide and maintain the standard of care to the residents as required by NMC code of professional conduct For more information click the apply link below or call us on 0161 929 5708 for a confidential chat.
