RGN or RMN Nurse – Timperley, Altrincham - £18.00/hr – 36 Hrs Days or Nights – Permanent You will be joining a progressive and ambitious care homes, working in a brand new £6m Home, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, aim to achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care. Position Overview RGN or RMN who has at least one years’ experience. Hourly rate of £18.00/hr 36 hour permanent contract on Days or Nights Inc. alternative weekends. Nights - 3 x 12 Hrs 8pm-8am. Days - 3 x 12 Hrs 8am-8pm. Yearly NMC fee is paid. You will undergo a satisfactory DBS Check MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that Clients’ Care Plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy. Assess all aspects of Clients’ care needs, and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required. Maintain accurate records and ensure that each Client within the Care Centre has an individualised Care Plan. Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines. This is a fantastic opportunity, please apply online in the first instance.
