Nursing Home Manager - Elderly Nursing Home - CQC Compliant Boston, Lincolnshire £40,000 - £47,000 + bonus Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced nurse qualified home manager for a compliant elderly nursing home in Boston, Lincolnshire. The home is owned by a provider who have a first class reputation for delivering high quality nursing and residential care to elderly frail residents. They are looking for a new dynamic and driven home manager to join their team. As Nursing Home Manager you will take on the CQC registration and work to the high standards this home and owner look for in their staff - a fantastic home to inherit. We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experiences:- * Active NMC - Qualified RGN or RMN or RNLD * Registered Managers Award / NVQ Level 4 or the equivalent to become CQC Registered * Previous Nursing Home Management experience * Budget/ Finance management experience * Excellent knowledge of CQC and National Minimum Care Standards We are seeking a strong manager who is able to maintain on the homes success whilst continuing improvements.
