CNC Miller Isleworth, Greater London 29,000 to 38,000 per annum Company Profile A well respected and established leader in the manufacture of highly precision machined components for various industry sectors including Aerospace and Medical are currently looking for skilled CNC Millers able to Program Set and Operate CNC Milling machining centres. Job Profile Having recently moved into their brand-new facilities in Isleworth and due to continued growth and reinvestment, there are new positions available for the Milling department. Duties: * CNC Milling * Programming Setting and Operating 3axis & 4axis CNC Mills with Fanuc / Conversational based controls (Hurco, Haas, Okuma and Fadal) * Producing batch sizes ranging from 1off up to 200off * Working from engineering drawings and specifications * Implement new production methods, using the latest computer technology to improve cost efficiency and ensure continuous improvement * To be responsible for overseeing apprentices and CNC operators, assisting them in their development as productive operators * Work according to tight schedules and follow strict quality control and precise guidelines as outlined in ISO 9001:2008 and as per supplier requirements Skills & Experience: * CNC Milling * Programming with Fanuc / Hurco (Conversational) based controls would be ideal * Able to machine with up to 4 axis Milling centres ideal * Working within an ISO 9001:2008 environment Hours: * 40 hours per week * Day & Late Shifts available * 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday OR * 1:30pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Thursday (+15% shift premium) * Lots of OT available paid at x1.5hrs Benefits: * Competitive salary * Progression to section leader available after 3 months * 5 weeks paid holiday * Opportunities for weekday overtime * Life Insurance *Call Keith Canning on (phone number removed) Key Skills: CNC, Machining, Machinist, Precision Engineer, Precision Engineering, Component Manufacture, Manufacturing, Production, Machine Shop, Mill, Miller, Milling, Program, Programming, Programmer, Set, Setter, Setting, Operate, Operator, Operating, Fanuc, Hurco, Haas, Conversational, Aerospace Employment Type: FULL_TIME
