CNC Turner Isleworth, Greater London 32,000 to 38,000 Company Profile A well respected and established leader in the manufacture of highly precision machined components for various industry sectors including Aerospace and Medical are currently looking to recruit skilled CNC Turners due to re-structuring to earlies / afternoon shifts and company growth. Having recently moved into their brand-new facility in Isleworth and due to continued growth and reinvestment, there is new positions available for their Turning department for the afternoon shift. Job Profile As the successful CNC Turner, you will experience working in a modern, state of the art facility and be working on a variety of interesting projects. Duties: * Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Lathes - Haas and Okuma * Producing components to batch sizes ranging from 1off up to 200off max * Working to engineering drawings and specifications * To be responsible for overseeing apprentices and CNC operators, assisting them in their development as productive operators * To work according to tight schedules and follow strict quality control and precise guidelines as outlined in ISO 9001:2015 and as per supplier requirements Skills and Experience: * CNC Programming and Setting with Fanuc / Conversational based controls (Haas and/or Okuma machines would be ideal but not essential) * Driven tooling and twin spindle would be ideal * Ability to interpret engineering drawings * Ability to use a wide variety of measuring equipment * Working within an ISO 9001:2015 environment Hours: * 40 hours per week * Rotating Shift - Earlies and Lates * 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday (+10% shift premium) * 1:30pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Thursday (+15% shift premium) * Lots of OT available paid at x1.5hrs Benefits: * Competitive salary * 5 weeks paid holiday * Opportunities for weekday overtime * Life Insurance *Call Keith Canning on 01344 203016 Key Skills: CNC, Machining, Machinist, Machine, Production, Precision Engineer, Precision Engineering, Component Manufacture, Component Manufacturing, Lathe, Turn, Turner, Turning, Program, Programming, Programmer, Set, Setter, Setting, Operate, Operator, Operating, Fanuc, Haas, Conversational, Okuma, Driven Tooling, Twin Spindle, ISO 9001:2015, Aerospace Employment Type: FULL_TIME
