We are very proud of this but having achieved this goal, we now have a new target of being 'consistently outstanding' and to do that we need people with the right skills, experience and attitude, which is where we hope you might come in. Our Family Court Advisers advise the Family Court as children and families go through significant events including care proceedings, adoption and parental separation. Should you join us you'll use your social work skills and experience to understand what the child needs, wants and feels. We have many different social work teams covering public and private law, from those who work in central intake, early intervention, up to and after first hearing as well as long-term. We also have specialist teams such as our High Court Team. So, whatever your particular skills and experience, there is a good chance we'll have a role that suits you. As you can imagine our work is demanding. So to be considered for such a privileged, responsible role of being the voice of some of the most vulnerable children in England, so no matter which team you join and wherever in the country you may work, there are a few things we're looking for from you: * Qualified Social Worker with at least 3 years experience * Registered with the HCPC as a Social Worker in England * Experienced at working with highly vulnerable children and families * An expert in safeguarding, child engagement, inter-agency working, case analysis, planning and recording . We also think you for you to succeed and truly make a difference you should be someone who; * Is resilient and organised * Can work proportionately * Has strong, intuitive IT skills * Is an effective verbal and written communicator Now we've told you about the role we hope you're ready to complete our short application process, including providing us with your current CV.
