The next Business Development Manager will receive thorough product and market training allowing them to hit the ground running quickly. The Role With strong client retention across domestic & commercial clients, they are now looking to recruit a further business development manager to win new business and streamline their operations business model. With the ability to acquire new clients both domestic and commercial, the incoming Business Development Manager has the opportunity to build an account base and grow their earnings considerably. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven B2B salesperson looking to work on a vibrant sales floor and field sales environment, book quality appointments for key commercial clients to meet key decision makers and the opportunity to meet trade related clients on a face to face basis. Being based in a culturally diverse area, communicating with clients in the Arabic & French is essential as most suppliers and commercial clients are from Arabic & French backgrounds who speak very little or no English. Our international suppliers are also Arabic & French speaking and are typically from countries like France, Turkey, UAE, Oman, Egypt and Belgium, therefore speaking all three languages fluently would be key in making this role a success. As Business Development & Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: * New business opportunities * Streamlining of current operations * Maintain and grow relations with suppliers both domestic & international * Be a team player by assisting in the day to day running of the business * Taking a consultative sales approach to book quality appointments * Strong presentation & sales skills * Be articulate in sending proposals and tenders via email & in person * Client proposal software and visual plans and drawing per project and tender For this Role, we are looking for people who: * Have a extensive experience of B2B Sales & account management * BA in business administration or BS in Business Management or relevant field * A passion and hunger to be part of a growing business * An organised approach to working and planning * Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role * Proven sales track record * Fluent in English, Arabic & French speaking & writing * Knowledge of computer added design (CAD), 3D modelling and rendering * Ability to read and draw maps and measurements * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) * Market knowledge * Communication and negotiation skills * Ability to build rapport * Time management and planning skills The Package for the Business Development Manager: Salary: 20k- 30K +OTE 40K+ Benefits: * Company Car * Mobile Phone, Ipad & Laptop * Pension * OTE Bonus Earnings * Various incentives including holidays * Excellent long-term earning opportunity If this vacancy is of interest please apply as shown on the job profile.
