Job Description
We are working with a recently launched business in Doncaster to recruit a chef de partie. The site is a privately owned fresh food restaurant focusing on all day casual dining. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Having gone through a large refurbishment to modernise the site, the restaurant aims to provide a relaxed dining experience to guests and focuses on a great variety of modern British and continental dishes. All using high quality ingredients and in keeping with seasonality. The kitchen team is small whilst trade is building but the kitchen is modern throughout and of good size. There are also a few individually styled rooms on site for guests all done a to a great standard. This is a great opportunity to join a passionate team in the infancy of the business and develop a reputation in the local and wider areas.
