Customer Service Advisor, Bristol 25,807 Do you get a kick out of helping others and making a difference? Do you want a new job changing lives? As a Customer Service Advisor with our client, you should expect to do all that and more by delivering outstanding customer service above the norm. You must beflexible to work a varied 38 hour a week shift pattern from 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 9-1pm (4 x weekly rota basis). What we're looking for: You'll need to be a wonderful, natural listener and communicator, the kind of person who can empathise with a customer, understand what they want and work out what to do next. You are likely to have previous experience within a customer service environment and you must love what you do. Our Client needs their Customer Service Advisors to 'own' the calls through to resolution so you should be commercially aware and decisive. What's most important is that you bring energy and enjoyment into work with you every day and are passionate about what you do.
