Job Description
BookingLive employ consultants to offer advice and expertise to improve their people, process, product and profitability. This specific role requires a senior registrars officer or equivalent, to offer consultancy services to help the company further develop its flagship registrars platform. The registrars platform provides local authorities with the tools to successfully delivery of births, deaths and marriages including advanced and on-premise appointment booking, resource management and KPI reporting. You will be advising on key product user experience decisions and will have the full support of our product owner and product development teams. Your expertise will help maximize the technical success of the product. Key Responsibilities * Conduct required research to gain an understanding of the business, market and customer needs * Analysing statistics and feedback to help make informed strategic decisions * Instructing on key design decisions alongside other key stakeholders Requirements * 5+ years experience in senior registrar position * Experience as a solution consultant and implementing solutions * UX / user focussed software development knowledge * Commercial awareness * Analytical skills
