Job Description The Senior Document Controller will be a part of the Topside Team based in Woking, UK. Workplace: Woking, UK Reports to : Topside DCC Lead Apply by: 20 November 2013 Start date : Immediate * Handling of technical and vendor documents. * Prepare and distribute reports for technical and vendor documents. * Follow up contractor and supplier document deliveries according to planned submission dates. * Provide assistance and training within document control and document control systems. * Interface with Contractor(s). * Other tasks as assigned by the DCC Lead. Qualifications * Higher education or extensive experience in Document Management. * Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry. * 5-10 years' experience with document control in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project as Operator. * Extensive experience with Project Document Management systems/tools. * Knowledge of relevant laws and official regulations applicable for the position. Additional Information * Organized and structured. * Good communication skills. * Adaptability and problems solving capability. * Ability to respond to, and deal with, project personnel at all levels including contractor staff. * Fluent in English, verbal and written.
