PHS Job 1480 Our new clients, a lovely family of 2, living in Marylebone, London near Baker Street Station are looking for a part time Russian Speaking housekeeper to clean their 3 bedrooms flat. They require a high level of service (5*) both in professional housekeeping and general service. Speaking Russian is important for the family because they prefer to speak their native language however basic English is a must due to some of the duties. The ideal candidate must be well organised and worked for a minimum of 5 years in a private family home. A person who is confident and with previous experience of using their own initiative to deliver outstanding results. We are looking for a professional, experienced and trustworthy person to maintain a private residence with integrity, resilience and attention to detail. The principals are extremely attentive to details themselves and are expecting the same of their housekeeper. We are looking for a flexible candidate who is physically fit enough to perform the job well and who has a 'sleeves up' attitude who will get things done to the standard expected of them. Type : Part time, Live Out, Permanent Working days : 3 days / week (Mon, Wed, Fri) Working hours : 3 - 5 hours / day Salary : Negotiable Starting date: ASAP A housekeeper job may include housework duties: * Kitchen cleaning, (eg, wiping down surfaces and white goods, loading the dish washer, washing some items by hand, checking use by dates) * Keeping the general areas clean and tidy (eg. returning misplaced items, emptying the bins, dusting, wiping away marks, watering plants, dusting doors, removing finger prints from likely areas) * Keeping bedrooms clean and tidy (eg. changing of the bed linens, taking away dirty laundry, dusting, replacing water and toiletries) * Taking care of the laundry (eg, washing, ironing, steaming, hand washing, sorting, sawing etc..) * Cleaning of upholstery (eg. hoovering, leather cleaning, steam cleaning, wiping ) * Cleaning of the carpets and floors (eg. hoovering, vacuuming, wet washing/mopping, solvent cleaning, wiping down skirting boards etc..) * Taking stock check of pantry and useable items. * Cleaning windows on the inside If you are personally interested in the vacancy or are aware of another potential candidate who may be interested in such a vacancy, please apply via the website or email vitalina.veretynskaia @perfecthouseholdstaff.co.uk .
