PHS 1498 Our new clients, a friendly family of three, are looking for a professional part-time housekeeper. They are expecting a baby who will be joining them at the beginning of March 2020. There are four bedrooms and two floors at a new and cosy property, which is located in a historical part of London, Chelsea area. This is the parents first child and the family is relocating to a new house, thus we are looking for a person who is experienced with housekeeping as well as VIP wardrobe management and laundry, and will be able to support young parents, to help them establish a routine. The family will have a separate nanny for a baby, due to this the successful candidate is expected to be a team player. The family would be happy to find a Hungarian speaker as the language is spoken at home, it is not essential, but could be a bonus. If you are also calm, love children, flexible, honest, socially intelligent, friendly and energetic, then this position is undoubtedly for you! Type: Part time, Live out, Permanent Start: 2nd week of March 2020 Days: 3 days/week Hours: 5-6 hours/day (but negotiable) Salary: Negotiable, around 14 Net/hour Driving Licence: not required, but could be a bonus The duties will include but not be limited to: * Cleaning the house: dusting, mopping, hoovering, etc * Laundry and ironing (fine fabrics, Washing, steaming, mending of clothing) * Tidying of child's and house areas (eg. putting away toys, washing and ironing the babies clothes, maintaining baby and nursery equipment etc) * Running errands * Wardrobe management The Requirements: * Must have at least 5 years experience working in a similar role in the UK (references must be available); * Must be highly professional, organised and flexible; * Discreet, reliable, trustworthy, positive, warm, kind and understanding; * Must hold a CRB/DBS If you are personally interested in the vacancy or are aware of another potential candidate who may be interested in such a vacancy, please apply via the website or email anastasiya.fedorova @perfecthouseholdstaff.co.uk .
