Digby Court is a thirty-five capacity care home located in Bourne, dedicated to person-centered methods and offering quality care for older people and adults with a physical disability. Digby Court offers compassionate, individualised residential and respite care in a comfortable, homely environment. Our home is situated in a quiet residential area, but still close to the center of the historic market town of Bourne. The town provides a comprehensive range of shops and amenities, all of which are within easy reach of Digby Court. We are currently looking to recruit a Bank Kitchen Assistant to join our team! As a Kitchen Assistant you will be responsible for helping to prepare the meals, snacks and drinks for residents within the guidelines set by the Home Manager and Chef / Cook. You will understand and promote the philosophy of choice rights and fulfilment for all residents.
