We are looking for a sharp, driven HR professional who has a passion for technology and working with people to solve problems. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties in the London office and will work closely with the Manager, Human Resources, along with senior and mid-level management globally. The position includes but is not limited to responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee engagement, onboarding, employee relations, employment law compliance, performance management, payroll, and HR admin. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the human resource function in the London Office * Support HR Partners in dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and employee relations, using HR and company knowledge to reach appropriate decisions. * Handles/resolves sensitive and advanced employee relations issues alongside Manager, Human Resources. * Handles employee termination process including outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. * Maintains compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations. * Manage and administer the international payroll process (London, Spain, and Australia). * Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees. * Administers various human resource strategies and procedures for all organization personnel * Assist in the facilitation of the performance evaluation program, including the development of personal goals, and revises as necessary. * Maintains employee records in the human resource information system and compiles reports from the database. * Partners with the Recruiting function as needed; mainly consisting of recruiting coordination and onboarding new employees. * Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. * Work closely with Manage r, Human Resources to drive employee engagement efforts. Qualifications: * An undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of HR experience, or a graduate degree in HR management and 2+ years of experience in the HR field. * Strong knowledge of EMEA employment and labor laws and regulations * Knowledge of global regulations is a plus * Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration. * Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Power Point) * The ability to build strong relationships and establish strong interpersonal connections at all levels of the organization; treat others with respect; conduct business, internally and externally with professionalism and tact; and establish rapport and trust at all levels within the organization. * Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. * The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when managing sensitive employee information. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to diligently problem solve and trouble-shoot problems independently. * Ability to work cohesively with employees of all levels * Experience implementing or maintaining a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
