FD - Digital Operations and Marketing Corby/London As the FD - Digital Ops and Marketing the role holder will be a member of the Digital Ops and Marketing leadership teams and be the voice of finance for the functions. The job holder plays a fundamental role as the finance lead in supporting the strategic direction of the functions and providing clear insight into performance and execution. You will drive a commercial mindset within the Digital and Marketing teams whilst leading in a digital first agenda across the wider finance team. What You Will Do Decision Support * Develops and maintains effective relationships with relevant functional team colleagues, LT members and other business management teams. * Initiates and contributes to strategic and operational decision making. * Provide senior level financial decision support within the functions and commercial insight to the leadership teams. * Influence relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of the strategy and financial targets. * Interface directly into regional structure from a functional standpoint, influencing and collaborating as required. * A key communicator between digital, finance and commercial teams. * Focal point for cost and revenue optimisation within the functions. * Strong understanding of digital operations to enable effective investment decision support and investment prioritisation in a multi-channel environment. * Provides the commercial conscience across functional teams and the digital conscience across the finance teams.
