Boultham Park House is located in the southern outskirts of Lincoln, close to shops and a wide range of local amenities. We offer residential, dementia and day care set in our own grounds, overlooking and adjoining Boultham Park for 35 residents. As a Kitchen Assistant you will be responsible for helping the Cook or Chef to prepare the meals, snacks and drinks for our residents. It will important for you to get to know our residents and understand their likes and dislikes to ensure that meal-time is always a highlight of their day. What experience do you need? Due to our supportive catering team, you do not need to have previous formal catering experience. All we ask for is someone who is keen on cooking and takes pride in kitchen hygiene standards. Alongside this you will have a can-do approach, be team orientated and excellent communication skills. Above all, you'll be passionate about ensuring our residents received the best service possible.
