Job Description
Description The Global Resourcing Assessments Team is responsible for shaping and driving best in class assessments strategies to attract and hire global talent (graduates & youth, professionals, managers and frontline staff) across diverse geographies, supported by a virtual community of global Leads who focus on recruitment of the best talent for Vodafone. The role will act as part of the transformation team, leading on the development, implementation and monitoring of new assessment strategy and initiatives. With us you will... -Work closely with stakeholders across different Vodafone markets to identify, design and/or develop appropriate assessment tools and journeys that deliver a great candidate experience and identify the best talent for Vodafone -Contribute data-driven global resourcing strategy through converting data into insight collaboratively with the Global Resourcing Excellence team. -Identify opportunities and difficulties of resourcing in different business areas and make tailored recommendations to the senior stakeholders on diverse assessment approaches to support our global resourcing strategy -Be a subject matter expert on assessment for recruitment, researching and experimenting new assessment methods and technologies -Pilot, implement and communicate assessment solutions to diverse stakeholders -Demonstrate assessment tools and deliver training and support -Ensure that Vodafone's assessments do not have an adverse impact on any group and are inclusive -Manage relationships with third party providers and partners. It would be good if you have... -Bachelor's degree in industrial or organisational psychology, HR, data science or statistics -A good breadth of experience being a subject matter expert on assessment, with experience of project management and some experience in a client-facing, business partnering role is desirable -Preferably experience identifying the needs of hiring managers and recruiters in the areas of pre- and online assessments, job interviews and assessment centres for one or more job types (graduates, apprentices, frontline and mid-senior roles) -Ideally a BPS Qualification in psychometric testing -Strong stakeholder management skills and are able to converse with teams from a diverse global background, understanding the local environments in which they operate -Have a good eye for detail and are confident with analytics -A data driven decisions mind-set and can interpret information to provide management insight -Passion for technology and experience with leading edge digital technologies and agile -You will ideally have previous experience within a blue-chip organisation and have worked within or have some experience of working as part of a HR global centre of excellence What's in it for you? -28 days holiday (with the option to buy orsell 5 days) plus public holidays -Flexible working -Pension matching scheme of up to 10% -5 paid days leave for charity projects -MyChoices portal - cycle to work scheme, 100'sof retail discounts, shares and salary sacrifice schemes -Vodafone family and friends discount -Interest free commuter loan -Global parental leave policy for all newparents coming in 2020 which includes 16 weeks fully paid leave andupon returning to work, new parents can work part-time hours for 6 monthswhilst being paid their full-time salary -Access to Vodafone University and LinkedInLearning #groupresourcing #LI-BJ1
