Senior Programme Manager Location: Newbury / London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) Salary: Competitive Hours: 37.5 hours weekly / Monday-Friday COVID-19 Notice: We are continuing recruitment and have implemented new processes that promote candidate and employee safety. You will be accountable for day to day management of the most impactful consumer project 'Bingo' and driving technology to deliver the right outcome on time and to budget. You will be involved in facilitating blue print development and the construction of a series of projects to deliver specific capabilities in a cost effective and benefit driven schedule. You will regularly direct the delivery of the programme of projects through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements. You should be comfortable ensuring the Consumer governance process is followed across the multiple projects in the programme and deliver all reviews and reporting and presentations in line with this, all in an agile way. It will be your responsibility to define the strategy and implement the new Consumer & SoHo sales and CS&O operating model while ensuring that business teams and functions can transition successfully to the new ways of working enabled by the programme. Who are we looking for? * Relevant degree in business, digital or technology discipline or equivalent experience * Experience of working in agile development operating models and demonstrable track record of delivery. SaFE agile certification is a nice to have. * Leadership experience and qualities - ability to drive change through influencing key business stakeholders (internal & external). * Great communication skills at all levels. * Ability to work in constantly changing environment * Ability to translate business vision and strategy into real requirements * Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence at any level * Ability to translate complex migrations/technical issues into language understandable by the business What's in it for you?
