Description In this role you will be at the heart of shaping Technology programmes for employees worldwide supporting digital transformation across a number of areas. You will have experience and are passionate about designing, developing and implementing innovative learning solutions, owning one or more of the following technology areas - IoT, Network, Coding. You will be working with Technology business functions building successful and rewarding relationships across the business and with over 20 Vodafone markets to deliver engaging and impactful learning programmes. With us you will.. -You will be responsible for defining the learning strategy for your area and bringing it to life, acting as the learning partner for the subject matter experts you work with for your programmes and business area -End-to-end ownership of learning programmes including requirements gathering, design, development, communications and engagement activities, supporting global roll out and tracking impact and evaluation.
