Job Description
Legal Assistant - Conveyancing Our client, a multi service law firm with offices in South Wales and the South West are looking to recruit a residential conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding team in Swansea. Applications are welcomed from Legal Assistants / Paralegals who have 6-12 months experience working within a conveyancing team and able to run their own caseload. The occasional travel to the Carmarthen office maybe required. Duties include but are not limited to: * Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service to new and repeat clients. * File opening and accompanying procedures, to include production of confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records and the entering of entities and capacities on each new client/matter file. * Providing an efficient and effective service to the Conveyancers. * Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. * Demonstrates strong team building and customer service skills. * Shows a determination to achieve set personal and team KPIs and targets. * Commitment to working within a quality standard environment. * Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
