Job Description

I'm partnering with a FinTech client to help them to hire a .Net Developer. You will be building a greenfield platform from scratch, whilst configuring existing systems. In this role, you should be able to write clean and scalable code using the .NET Framework. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and the idea of using .NET Core, I'd like to talk to you! Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop, scale and maintain software. Responsibilities * Participate in requirements analysis * Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture * Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages * Test and deploy applications and systems * Revise, update, refactor and debug code * Improve existing software * Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) * Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support Requirements * Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer * Familiarity with the ASP.NET MVC framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)) * Good knowledge of .NET * Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) * Understanding of Agile methodologies * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills * Attention to detail * BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Desirable * Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) * Unit Testing (TDD preferred) * Familiar with JavaScript frameworks (Angular.js, Angular2+ or React) Employment Type: FULL_TIME
