Overview
Job Description
The key focus of the role is to support the external sales team with quotes and pipeline updates as well other administrative duties to ensure the overall team target is achieved. Role Duties: + Support external sales team and aide them in achieving overall sales goals. + Support by providing quotations + Working closely with Underwriting on pricing + Liaising with brokers to discuss pipeline/claims/feedback + Maintain accurate records and files as required + Maintenance of Salesforce.com + To carry out other adhoc tasks as required to meet business needs + Organise and attend team meetings with Sales Consultants + Build relationships with broker panel to support the wider team Person Specification: + Minimum of 1 years experience in an outbound telephone based team or in a B2B Environment. + PC literate including the use of Excel/ Outlook/Word + Productive mentality + Attention to detail + Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems + Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels + Excellent prioritisation and time management skills + The ability to work well in a team environment + Flexible approach to work **About Cigna** Cigna Corporation (NYSE: CI) is a global health service company dedicated to improving the health, well-being and peace of mind of those we serve.
