We are looking for a Partner Account Director based in our London office to develop and grow our distribution partner business across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. You will be responsible for our distributor, as well as being the lead with the key partners in our focus markets. This is a highly collaborative role, as you will not only be managing the distributor you will also be working with sales, customer success, services, finance and operations to help ensure all aspects of the relationship is successful. **Some of the things you will be doing include:** + Being the Tableau executive point of contact for the distributor, helping to develop our relationship across their all of their offices and their leadership team + Identifying gaps in coverage and working with them to address these by recruiting additional partners, agreeing & assisting in enablement activities and driving pipeline generation + Developing a deep understanding of the distributors business strategy and defining specific Tableau growth initiatives that allow us to build mindshare with them + Increasing sales through the sub-distribution partners by aligning them to our sales teams, working to identify target accounts, joint account mapping, forecasting, business & pipeline reviews and positioning our solutions + Leveraging your relationships within the distributor to further expand our executive level engagement, aligning these senior stakeholders to Tableau's leadership teams + Supporting sales activities webcasts, roadshows and contract negotiations + Reporting results to key internal stakeholders including; marketing, sales teams, product teams and executives + Partnering with our marketing teams to build distribution led channel marketing programs + You will be expected to travel to the region and spend significant time with the distributor in either their offices or those of the sub-distribution partners **Your skills:** + Experienced in working with Distributors within Middle East or Africa and multinational vendors + You have a proven track record working within software specifically at enterprise level + Demonstrable channel and distribution sales experience is required + Experience in successfully recruiting, managing and developing distributors and strategic partners + Fluency in Arabic is essential and knowledge of French would be desirable **Who you are:** + Domain Expert - Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modelling or business intelligence is highly desirable + Missionary - You are a highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Tableau's mission.
