Job Description
Do you want to work in a Care Home with a difference? Whether you are a Christian or want to work within our Christian ethos this could be the job for you. Everything we do in our Older People's Service is "Rooted in Love" - our values of integrity, compassion, passion, respect; boldness and accountability are at the heart of all we do. At Villa Adastra we provide care to 40 older people, some with dementia, who can no longer live independently. All staff play a central role in creating a positive culture where residents' rights are promoted, ensuring they are active participants in care decisions. Families also work with staff to ensure care is best tailored to the needs of their loved ones. As a Care Assistant you will play a key role in helping each resident to enjoy the highest possible quality of life by providing personal care, promoting their independence and supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities.
