Overview
Job Description
Opportunity for a shift manager to join a leading manufacturing company, working permanent nights. The business is an expanding company who produce award-winning products and supply some of the largest companies in the UK. You will work three 12-hour shifts (6 pm-6 am) each week and be responsible for a team of around 20 staff. As the shift manager, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring KPIs are met on a shift by shift basis. * Conducting detailed handovers to the next shift. * Liaising with other departments to ensure products are produced to the required standards. * Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained. To apply for the night shift manager role, you will need: * Experience as a shift manager / production supervisor or similar within manufacturing. * A relevant Health & Safety qualification is desirable. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
