Are you Plumber looking for a new role in the Swansea area? A leading Facilities Management company are now recruiting for the below position based on a large site in Swansea. The role Working as part of the on site maintenance team of engineers you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance to the sites plumbing systems, HVAC and plant rooms. General PPMs to other building fabrics may be required at times You will need to be a qualified Plumber with previous maintenance experience ideally within a commercial building.
