Company:Guy Carpenter Description: Reinsurance Broker - Russian Speaking Job Purpose Guy Carpenter are seeking Broker with Russian Language skills to join their collaborative and client focused team based in London, to provide reinsurance services to the Russian market. What will you be rewarded with? * Good work life balance with a competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits programs including: excellent pension contributions, private health insurance, tuition assistance, pension, employee assistance program, career mobility, employee network groups, volunteer opportunities, and other programs * 26 days' holiday with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days per year We will rely on you to: * Oversee the development and presentation of innovative solutions for client needs for complex risk transfer - treaty reinsurance. * Advise clients and negotiates transactions to secure the Company's revenue. * Identify and pursues potential opportunities to win new clients and new projects to drive overall department revenue growth. * Coordinate more complex responses to client queries and concerns to ensure issues are resolved completely and promptly. * Independently handle complex assignments and may also assist more senior-level Brokers, including senior leadership in Broking and/or Practice Management, in serving clients. * Grow and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers, clients, and colleagues to drive high client satisfaction at senior levels at the client. * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of, reinsurance classes, markets and other more specialized concepts and products to provide highly innovative solutions to clients. * May inspect and clarify policy/contract documents and reinsurance agreements.
