Job Description

Mechanical Facilities Technician My client is one of the UK's leading providers of Integrated Facilities Management services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke M&E building services engineering solutions to a varied, blue-chip client base to include, amongst others, Industrial, Healthcare, MOD & Commercial environments respectively. A Mechanical Facilities Technician is required to carry out planned & reactive maintenance to mechanical site services & facilities infrastructure to include (not limited to) * Plumbing i.e. high/low temperature hot water & general plumbing systems * Basic HVAC i.e. Air Handling Units & Fan Coil Units * Effluent Plant & L8 * Ad-hoc building fabric maintenance as required The Mechanical Facilities Technician will be part of an M&E site services team and will be based at a large scale critical, highly regulated site environment located in the Coventry area. The Mechanical Facilities Technician will ensure that all mechanical system maintenance works are carried out in line with stringent health and safety requirements, RAMS, COSHH & PTW due to the highly regulated nature of the site. Please Note This is a single site position and a vehicle is NOT included Candidate Requirements * Hold Mechanical qualifications and further training in line with the position i.e. C&G Plumbing or relevant equivalent * Experienced in mechanical site FM services infrastructure to include (not limited to) Plumbing, HVAC & Effluent plant * Experienced in large-scale, industrial site environments i.e. Manufacturing, Production, Pharmaceutical or equivalent * Effluent plant knowledge is highly desirable * The ability to pass a security check due to the nature of the site i.e. DBS base line security Additional Information * £30,000 - £32,000 * Monday - Friday * 0800 - 1700 * Call-out rota required (details of which outlined at interview) * 25 days holiday * Pension Scheme
