Overview
Job Description
Opportunity for a team leader / production supervisor to join a leading manufacturing company. The business is an expanding company who produce award-winning products and supply some of the largest companies in the UK. You will work four 12-hour shifts each week and be responsible for a team of around 20 staff. As the team leader, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring KPIs are met * Reporting any issues which arise to the shift manager * Ensuring all standard work instructions are followed * Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained.
